ArtPeers and Dance in the Annex (DITA) present A Gallery Exhibition of New Works in Screendance, featuring three dance films and a complementary collection of dance photography and video.

Works featured in A Gallery Exhibition of New Works in Screendance include:

  • As In Life, created on a moving city bus in partnership with The Rapid featuring music by Paucity.
  • Pull Me Back, filmed in the woods of Northern Michigan, featuring DITA and actor Joshua Burge (Buzzard, The Revenant) with music by Rick Chyme and Nixon.
  • mechanical response, which just completed a six-week exhibition run in Detroit, was created by ArtPeers, SideCar Studios, and LaMarre and Dancers, with music by Peace To Mateo.

Opening Reception: January 08, 2016
Member Preview: 6pm, Public: 7pm
UICA Members: Free, Non-Members: $5
